Our Mission is to provide inclusive and culturally congruent support to birthing families along the Oregon and Washington coast. We will continually expand our network of care within the communities we serve to address and advocate against maternal healthcare inequalities.
Our Vision is to increase the accessibility to birth support in rural communities by removing as many of the physical, mental/emotional, and financial barriers to accessing care.
Full-Spectrum Doulas
At DOYA, we provide full-spectrum doula services, which means we support individuals throughout the full spectrum of reproductive experiences, including pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, as well as abortion, adoption, and miscarriage. Our team of doulas is committed to providing trauma-informed, inclusive, and compassionate care to all clients, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, or ability. We believe that everyone deserves access to dignified and respectful care during these life transitions and we are honored to be able to provide it.
Paying for Doula Care
As a doula collective, DOYA is committed to making sure that every birthing person in our coastal communities has access to the support they need. Do not let the cost of a doula stop you from receiving the support you and your family need. We accept Private Pay, OHP(Medicaid), and receive additional help from Student/Training doulas.
